Aygarayeva Anel
Anel is from Almaty city. According to her words, she is idealist. She understands that the surround world is not perfect, that’s why she tries to change it in the better side. She is very active and aspires to be on the first place. She practices music, ballroom dances, attends swimming pool. Anel likes good competition. She was anchorwoman at the school radio, active member of school government. Moreover, she was the only girl that was platoon leader commander. The most preferable task for her is planning and implementation of projects. Anel is very creative person and she thinks that she will hve many opportunities for creative work in her future work.

Begaliyeva Akyerke
Akyerke is from Almaty city. She is the holder of “Altyn Belgi” sign. During her academic pursuit at school she was independent girl with outstanding way of thinking. She demonstrated inventiveness in solving trigonometric and logarithm equations. Akyerke is keen on learning foreign languages. She completed the music school on playing Kobyz with distinction. She is a winner of many republican and city competitions and festivals. She is an author of some scientific works on research of connection between music and math. During the competition she demonstrated her leadership potential, and showed herself as a person who is ready and able to be liable for all group actions and decisions.

Jandarbekov Adilbek
Adilbek is from Shymkent. He is actively engaged in social work. He is a volunteer of Youth volunteering center “Shymkent-plus” by South Kazakhstan wing of Association of business women. He organizes different workshops for prevention of HIV and for protection of reproductive health. During the competition, he demonstrates his charismatic traits, he is communicative, well-wishing to others and independent person.
During the second part of competition Adilbek showed his ability to forecast situation precisely. His decisions were logically good, and all experts pointed out his friendliness and team spirit.

Ismagulova Aigerim
Aigerim is from Almaty. She is a person with versatile interests. She is interested in music, batika, dances, gymnastics. She is a participant of many intellectual marathons and debates. She is hard-working, purposeful, able to analyze situation and make decisions rationally. Moreover, Aigerim likes to organize and participate in literature competitions. During the competition she demonstrated original outstanding way to decide many tests and problems, that were suggested to the audience.
