On September 30th, 2008, the ordinary meeting of Trustee Council of Foundation took place. On this meeting projects from non-government organizations were considered. Finally, following projects were approved.

1. Project: “The provision of deaf people with jobs by creation the Enterprise of household appliances” by the supporting center of deaf people “Umit”. According to the project, it is planned to create jobs for young stylists, hairdressers, makeup artists, modelers who have hearing disabilities by implementation of the Enterprise of household appliances for poor people, pensioners and people with disabilities.
2. Project: “Greenhouse enterprise” by Social Foundation “Social Charity Foundation “Dostar”. Due to the project, it is planned to create greenhouse enterprise near Almaty, where about 20 kinds of grasses and vegetables will be grown. Focus group of the project is children with disabilities, graduates from specialized boarding schools. Project will give opportunity for focus group to place in a job, because the main purpose of it is to create more jobs for such people. During the implementation of the project young people will get new skills, that will help them to grow in professional way, because new ecological technologies will be used.
