During the period between this and last session of the Board of Trustees of the Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation, which was held on October 30, the Foundation had received many projects from different organizations from all over the country. By the decision of Board of Trustees this time grants were given to rural and youth organization’s projects.

The winners are:

1. Project “Sport Club Equipment in Tanat village, East Kazakhstan Region” from “Birlestik” Public Association. The project includes a reconstruction of an old building to sport club (make repairs and buy sports equipment) for local people in Tanat to give leisure possibility (1175 people in total, more than 500 are children).
2. Project from Student educational organization “Intellectual Debate Club of KIMEP” to conduct debate competitions in the city among students on topic “Development of Economics and Business in Republic of Kazakhstan”. Project allows young intellectuals during debates to analyze current situation in Kazakhstan’s economy, find possible solutions and develop new ideas.
