Fundamental reconstruction works sponsored by the Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation totally changed School №16 named after Gagarin. The building becomes much better and comforting to the time of beginning of school year. The opening ceremony of the School was conducted today. To congratulate students, their parents and teachers with such event arrived member of Board of Directors of JSC “Bank TuranAlem” such as Yerlan Tatishev and Alisher Pirmetov, City Maier of Kentau. Important guests were introduced to the changes in reconstructed building.

Here was located study classes, library, reading hall and museum dedicated to its former student – Yerzhan Tatishev.

"Students of this school working in different spheres of economy"- says Yerlan Tatishev by greeting gathered people -" To study bad in this school is impossible".

In nearest future it is planned by the Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation to set up stipends named after Y.Tatishev to the most talented students of the School.

The School №16 works since 1960 and recognized to be the best one in Kentay city.
