Yerzhan Tatishev Public Foundation was established in February 10th, 2005. It was initiated by Tatishev family members and top management of the Bank TuranAlem. The Foundation is a public non-governmental and non-profit organization.

The Foundation governed by the Board of Trustees that forms strategic goals and objectives for the Foundation work on the territory of Kazakhstan and other countries of Bank TuranAlem operations.
