Nursultan is a very purposeful person. He started to work very early to help his mother. Nursultan began his career as the distributor of free newspapers. Starting from 15 years old he began to work in the “National Business” journal as a courier, but soon he was entrusted with a group of couriers and appointed as a coordinator and database administrator. In the process of work Nursultan became interested in economic and business news, read analytical articles which helped him to start writing his first articles.

While being a participant of the Foundation’s program, Nursultan showed his best. Excellent performance in school and public activities speak for themselves. Under his guidance several charity events and activities were organized.

Nursultan entered KIMEP in 2007, and almost for 3 years, in 2010, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in "Business Administration and Accounting". The cumulative GPA for all semesters amounted 4.00 points.
